Do you rebuild everything from scratch?
This is decided on a case by case basis. Sometimes starting from scratch makes it easier for everyone involved. If there are boards that are working well, we'll of course keep those and maybe make some quick tweaks
What if we’ve got loads of boards already?
Don't worry, that’s really common. We’ll identify the “core” boards that matter, reduce duplication, and make sure the structure supports reporting.
Can you improve our process as well as the monday setup?
Yes - that’s a big part of optimisation. We’ll simplify stages and handovers first, then build monday.com around a process the team can actually follow..
Do you work with monday.com CRM or monday.com Work Management?
Both - we'll recommend the best approach based on your business requirements.
What if the monday.com subscription isn't the right one for us?
Once we understand your business requirements, we will recommend which product to use. We only recommend changing to another monday.com platform or upgrading if it's critical to your business needs.

How much do you charge?
We work on a fixed fee basis so there are no hidden costs or extras you will need to worry about. Our optimisation packages are packaged on the number of workflows we need to optimise and start from £4,500 + VAT.
What if we want to add more later (e.g. project management, 3rd party integrations)?
No problem - we can phase it. Most projects start with a solid foundation and then we can scope & deliver further requirements.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes - if you want us on hand for improvements, tweaks, and keeping everything tidy, we can support you on an ongoing basis through our retainer packages.
Can you migrate existing data?
Yes. We'll either import from spreadsheets or clean up what's already in monday.com. Depending on the complexity of the data, we will quote separately for this so all costs are upfront and transparent.
