Work with The Workflow People

Career Opportunities
At The Workflow People, we help growing businesses unlock the full power of monday.com with tailored workflows, hands-on training, and ongoing support.
Behind every project is a small, expert team who care just as much about people and process as they do about boards and automations. We’re less worried about your job title and more interested in how you think. If you like solving messy problems, asking good questions, and leaving things clearer than you found them, you’ll fit in here.
We’re based near Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds and work with clients across the UK, US and beyond. We meet regularly to work together in person but also have the ability to work remotely.
Current vacancies will be posted below but if you don't see anything that suits and want to send us your CV, please feel free to email it through to hello@theworkflowpeople.co.uk

About the Role
We’re looking for a Workflow Implementation Associate to join the small but mighty Workflow People team. The role is particularly well suited to someone early in their career, returning to work, or making a career change.
We work with small to medium-sized businesses who are experiencing growth and want better systems that genuinely support how their teams work. This role is all about helping our clients work smarter by building, refining, and improving workflows in monday.com.
You’ll work closely with our Principle Consultant to translate client needs into practical, well-designed workflows in monday.com. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role that suits someone who enjoys details, asking good questions, and seeing systems come together.
Experience with monday.com is a bonus, but not essential. We'll provide full training and ongoing support. What matters most to us is curiosity, care, and a willingness to learn.
